"Convenient for traveling to Manhattan" as it's close to the PATH train and just across the Hudson (and 20 minutes from Newark Airport), this "friendly" spot offers "spacious suites" with separate living areas, a microwave and a fridge, "quick check-in and -out" and "fine service"; those focused on design are bothered by "cheap furnishings", "industrial carpets" and "outdated" decor, calling it "not very impressive", but others respond even if there's "nothing exciting", it still works.

The room was great! It was almost like a mini apartment. Plenty of room and a great view of New York city.
Parking per day is $20 and no free internet in rooms.
I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good deal and a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The location is good for going to the city or whatever else brings you to New Jersey. ...read more

Our accommodations were fantastic, our room really luxurious and perfect for two people. The staff treated us wonderfully, and we felt really "at home" and safe.

The Front Desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Valet parking was a great feature. We were a 10 minutes walk to the PATH.
We ordered the breakfast buffet at $18.95 per person and a lot of items were not available as indicated on the labels. We even had to wait for plates.
The hotel was great, but the breakfast served at the restaurant was less than desirable. We had to wait several minutes to be seated. A member of our party ordered Belgian waffles a la carte, and was told by the wait staff that she had to make them herself. ...read more

I thought it was right on the Hudson.

Room is large with a living rm area; and equipped with mini refrig, microwave. PATH station is 2 blocks away.
Thought PATH station is 2 blocks away, it's still a bit far especially walking in the midnight; parking is expensive - $23 per night .
